I strive to give my clients the very best that I have to offer, both in the pictures and portraits that I take and the products that I deliver. If you are not happy with any product that I deliver I will do everything that I can to make it right. If it is a defect in the product I will replace it at no charge to you. Before I ever order a picture or portrait for print we will both give it the okay to order. If after it is ordered it is not right due to an error or my part or the printers I will re-order it at no charge to you. All deposits for sessions, prints and/or products are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing beforehand.
